Tom Wombacher REALTOR
Real estate has been an important part of my life for decades. After graduating college I went to work for a local Twin Cities homebuilder where I worked as a framer on a small crew. It was this experience that helped me understand the different methods of construction as well as the differences in quality that each method offers. Eventually I realized that hitting my fingers with a framing hammer or walking roof trusses with 4 x 8 sheets of plywood on windy days only to get blown off the roof was no longer the fun I required.
I spent the next 20+ years working in technology sales where I helped fortune 500 companies build out their IT infrastructure and data centers. I gained extensive experience and success negotiating multi-million dollar transactions with both local government and the private sector. While I enjoyed keeping up with the latest that technology had to offer my clients and I, my passion for real estate never went away. Eventually I started to purchase investment property on the side. I would spend my nights and weekends rehabbing the homes and selling them for an eventual profit. I had a friend that was a realtor and when I wasn’t rehabbing a home we would go out looking at hundreds of investment properties hoping to find my next project. While I thoroughly enjoyed rehabbing homes, it definitely didn’t leave any time to spend with my young and growing family. I needed to find another way.
Realizing that working with homes and negotiating sales was not only my strength but my passion as well, I decided get my real estate license and use these traits to help others obtain the American dream. I have never been happier! With my experience I am able to bring a unique perspective to my clients that goes well beyond the typical agent. Whether you are interested in building a new home or purchasing and existing home, I can help you understand the intricacies that go into a home and negotiate on your behalf so that you can be confident that your decision is the right decision for you and your family.
